As a recent high school graduate I have the tools to think retrospectively about my educational experience. During my time in high school dozens of leadership opportunities intersected, forming the person I am today.
Within such leadership opportunities, however, are two categories. The first is leadership that is taught; the second is leadership learned in the context of experience. Through the pages of my high school scrapbook, I am able to contrast such experiences, compare outcomes, and confirm the necessity for both types of opportunities.
