Planning the change is an important part of making your transition to Living Lean but it is only one of the five elements required to make your change a success. The VCRSP model1 is one which I use extensively and is a great barometer for the health of any change activity that you are leading. However, it can also be utilised for your own change, as it is just as important to ensure that you have all five in place as you go on this voyage.
