Now that we have an understanding of the 9-Step A3 process, the Lean process, and the areas of IT that can be impacted by Lean, we will now go back to Chapter 3 and review the 9-Step A3 in more detail, with examples demonstrating how this tool organizes and executes an improvement initiative.
