I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Web frameworks
The active community of Julia is playing a great role when it comes to making web-based packages. In fact, there is a complete community group that takes care of all the web-based packages and is named JuliaWeb while their work can be found at https://github.com/JuliaWeb.
However, coming to web frameworks, there is a very competent framework named Genie, which, as per its official site, is a full-stack MVC web framework that provides a streamlined and efficient workflow for developing modern web applications. It builds on Julia's strengths (high level, high performance, dynamic, and JIT compiled), exposing a rich API and a powerful toolset for productive web development.
