Leading and Managing the New Infrastructure

When the international financial services firm InterFinCo shifted from deal making to Management by Maxim (Chapter 7), it needed new governance processes. Implementing Management by Maxim meant more focus on balancing firmwide processes and capabilities with those that remained the responsibility of each business unit.
