Breathe
As you sit down and wait for your prof to hand out the exam, or before the timer on your digital exam platform starts, take a deep breath in to a slow count of five and then breathe out in the same way. Repeat. That’s all. Do this for a minute or so (but no longer than that — you don’t want to hyperventilate!). You’ll find that you’re now much calmer and ready to tackle the exam.
