Using iTunes, you can create a library of music, either by importing tracks from a music CD, or by purchasing music from the online iTunes store. You can then use that library to play songs or albums, organize your music by genre, and create custom collections of songs called playlists.

You can also use iTunes to burn songs or playlists to a recordable CD, listen to music CDs, manage music on an iPod, and listen to Internet radio. This chapter shows you how to perform these and other iTunes tasks.
