Introduction
The field of iPhone forensics is still currently under development. There are currently nonforensic methods that can be used in order to get an image off an iPhone. Some of these tools and methods involve altering the iPhone in some manner, which may cause any evidence retrieved in this manner to be considered inadmissible in a court of law. At any rate, a defense lawyer would be able to plant enough doubt in the minds of a jury to have the evidence dismissed.
