Chapter 6. Toys and Gadgets
Before looking at full games, you should take a look at toys and gadgets. These are not quite games, because they don’t have objectives or scores, but they are full applications that can stand alone.
First, you will look at two interactive gadgets: a magic crystal ball and a music jukebox. Then, you will look at two more complex but non-interactive movies: a clock and a lava lamp. Finally, we’ll look at the mother of all computer toys: the Game of Life.
