In this chapter we’re going to get down to business and build a small analog synthesizer called the Music From Outer Space Noise Toaster. For many of you, this may be your first project, so I’ll include many details that will become second nature to you as you gain knowledge of and experience with synth-DIY. I know for a fact that veterans (including me) find this project fun to build as well. For many of us, it’s a reminder of when we were just getting started and life was simpler.
