Step 8 is about ensuring that your plan is complete, that it has:
- Key activities broken down into tasks. It must also show that you are clear on the deliverables (what you will see or get once you’ve completed the tasks and activities, for example a book or a new kitchen)
- A status for each activity and task, particularly if you have already started
- A clear list of resources and an estimate of the work that will need to be completed, with a plan on how you will firm up the estimate
