Contribute by Becoming a Manager, a Leader, and an Entrepreneur
There is no God-given law that prevents you from becoming a manager and a leader and an entrepreneur—at any given time or over time. What you should do will depend on the needs of the organization, and what you are able to do will depend on your inclination, training, and skill.1
The organization’s needs, and your personal background and inclination, may at first enable you to make one of these contributions more naturally than the others.
