Chapter 14. Conclusions

Kubernetes is a powerful tool that enables users to decouple from operating machines and focus on the core operations of their applications. This enables users to build, deploy, and manage applications at scale significantly more easily and efficiently. Of course, to achieve this, someone has to actually deploy and manage the Kubernetes cluster itself; the Kubernetes application is their focus.

We hope that this overview of the Kubernetes API and architecture and topics like RBAC, upgrades, monitoring, and extending Kubernetes give you the knowledge necessary to successfully deploy and operate Kubernetes so that your users don’t have to.
