In Figure 9.1 you reviewed the 10 main attributes for Product Management governance, and you performed a “first pass” evaluation of your firm’s Product Management maturity level. Now I’d like to turn your attention to the actual structure of the board. Refer to the “organization chart” shown in Figure 9.2. This depiction places the board at the top of the chart and shows the other areas for which the board is responsible. With this visualization, I’d like to take you through each area.
