While previous chapters have dealt with a strategic approach to determining the cost and the exact cause of critical talent turnover, this chapter and the following three chapters focus on various solution sets. These solution sets are based on the needs of critical talent. Chapter 7 focuses on critical talent needs prior to, and at the time of, joining an organization. These corresponding solutions, which address these critical talent needs, provide suggestions on how employers can address turnover issues. Table 7.1
