So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It is a fact of life that ‘stuff happens’. Dealing with it is much of what operational risk management is all about. Many operational risks can be managed and mitigated down to acceptable levels, as this book has shown. Some things, however, cannot be prevented.
