Amazon Web Services (AWS), through its ElastiCache service available at https://aws.amazon.com/elasticache/, offers a Redis protocol in-memory cache that provides you with the Redis command set but using Amazon's own backend. This includes functionality for automating common virtual machine tasks such as patch management and failure detection and recovery.
