I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Trying it out online
Before we discuss how WebAssembly is used as a compilation target across different language ecosystems, we can explore it online without requiring any kind of setup on our machine. Some tools that can be used to do this are as follows:
- WebAssembly Studio: The folks at Mozilla have created a really handy tool to try out WebAssembly in a quick way, and it's hosted at https://webassembly.studio. Using this tool, we can experiment and prototype ideas in WebAssembly really quickly.
- Wasm Fiddle: This is another handy tool for trying out wasm code online, and can be found at https://wasdk.github.io/WasmFiddle/.
