So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Make your own
For best performance and support for the browsers you want or need to support, you should perhaps consider making your own base stylesheet which handles any browser inconsistencies which you find problematic. I would recommend looking through each of the preceding methods and finding which best suits your needs and then modify it to best suit each project.
