Defining priorities
Many companies want the best development ecosystem or great speed of implementation of features, but do not understand that this requires investment. In the case of migration of software architecture, the investment is not only financial, but also time-related.
If the development of microservices cannot be defined as a priority for the whole company, it is better not to start the project. Migrations are neither simple nor easy, and may, at first, seem catastrophic.
