I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Stateless service lifecycle
Let's take a close look at the lifecycle of a stateless Service Fabric Reliable Service. The lifetime of a stateless Microservice starts as soon as you register a new instance of the service with the Service Fabric runtime. The following are the major lifetime events of a stateless Microservice:
- CreateServiceInstanceListeners(): This method is used to setup communication listeners for client requests. Although, Service Fabric provides a default communication listener based on RPC proxy, you can override this method to supply our communication stack of choice.
