On a Schedule

Selecting On a Schedule enables you to select the frequency of the report execution, as well as the time when you want the report to execute (see Figure 11.36). The available options for the frequency are as follows:

• Once

• Hourly

• Daily

• Weekly

• Monthly

Depending on the desired frequency, different options display. For example, if you select Once, you can select only the Start Time. But if you select Hourly, you can select the number of hours and minutes you want the report to be run (see Figure 11.37).
