Configuring the E-Mail Services
By default, users must use the Microsoft Outlook client to be able to send and track incoming e-mails in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Send E-Mail button, as shown in Figure 14.1.
Caution
If you do not install the Outlook client and you send a direct e-mail to a Contact using the CRM web interface, the e-mail will not be sent without a CRM router.
