Create a Personal View

Creation of personal views are easy and provide a high level of usability to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

To create a personal view, follow the steps outlined:

1. To create a personal view, select Create Personal View from the drop-down shown in Figure 19.1. Alternatively, you can simply open the Advanced Find and select Accounts as the base entity, as shown in Figure 19.2.

2. The Advanced Find opens, and the base entity is Accounts, as shown in Figure 19.2.
