Creating Workflows with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

By default, any valid CRM user can create Processes; however, the permissions to create processes can be configured by roles to prevent users from creating new processes that might burden the system. Figure 24.28 shows where permissions are set in the Settings, Security Roles area for creating processes.
