Workflow Activation

Before you can use the workflow you just created, you need to activate it by clicking the Activate button (see Figure 24.41).

When you click the Activate button, a confirmation window appears (see Figure 24.42).

Tip

You can always deactivate the process by clicking the Deactivate button. If you need to make any change to a process, you must deactivate it first because the capability to edit it is disabled if the process is activated.
