How to Navigate
In earlier versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the Navigation bar was located on the left side of the screen, as most Microsoft products are (Outlook and so on). Figure 5.1 shows what the previous navigation screen looked like for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
