Importing Data

Found in both Settings > Data Management and on most major entities (under Import Data), the Imports option enables you to import data directly into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Figure 7.40 shows the Imports interface.

Imports can be used to import data directly into the system. This would happen for a variety of reasons, such as data migration.
