Working with New Campaigns and Campaign Templates
When working with new Campaigns, you have two options: a new Campaign or a new Campaign template. A Campaign template is used when you anticipate needing to use the same Campaign and its related Tasks and Activities again.
When working with Campaigns and Campaign templates, you can easily manage which one to work with by viewing the the Campaigns and Campaign Templates list (see Figure 9.6).
