Create a Personal View
Creation of personal views is easy and provides a high level of usability to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
To create a personal view, follow these steps:
1. Select Create Personal View from the drop-down shown in Figure 13.1. Alternatively, you can simply open the Advanced Find and select Accounts as the base entity, as shown in Figure 13.2.

2. The Advanced Find opens, and the base entity is Accounts, as shown in Figure 13.2.

Advanced Find opens by default to the base entity from which it was launched. So, if you open the Advanced Find from Contacts, Contacts would be the Look ...
