So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Download the CRM 2013 list components by either getting the file from www.microsoft.com/downloads or by clicking Install List Component in the Document Management section under Settings > System in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, as shown earlier in Figure 19.2.
Extract the AllowHtcExtn.ps1 file to a location on your SharePoint server. Open PowerShell as an administrator and navigate to the location of the script. Determine the URL of your SharePoint site and enter the following command (see Figure 19.7):
.\AllowHtcExtn.ps1 http://<yoursite>
