Creating a Listener Application
To start receiving the service bus messages, you need to create a listener application. To test the listener, you can create a simple console application with Microsoft Visual Studio. You need to have the following SDKs downloaded and installed to follow this sample code:
Windows Azure SDK
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 SDK
Add references to the following assembly, as shown in Figure 20.20:
Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient.dll ...
