Contact Entity Customization

You are now ready to customize the Contact entity to show the application you’ve developed by creating a new tab and adding an IFRAME to it, as follows:

1. From the CRM web client application, go to Settings > Customizations (see Figure 26.11).

2. Click Customize the System and locate the Contact entity (see Figure 26.12).

3. Click Forms, and then double-click the Contact Form record.

4. Click the Insert tab on the Ribbon, and click Two Column on the ...
