Enabling IM and presence integration in Outlook Web App

The process of enabling IM and presence in Outlook Web App has a few twists and turns, depending on what your Exchange configuration looks like. If your Exchange servers combine the CAS and Mailbox roles, setup is simplified because you don’t need to set up trusted application pools in Lync.
