11. Adding Forms

Forms enable you to collect information from your users by presenting them with questions, option buttons, check boxes, and multiple-choice menus (Figure 11.1). You begin by creating a form. All the fields you need to collect information are inserted inside that form. The last step involves setting how the form results are saved on the server hosting your Web site. For creating forms, you’ll use the Form Controls section within the Toolbox task pane (Figure 11.2). Open it by choosing Task Panes > Toolbox and then expanding the Form Controls section.
