25. Notes
In This Chapter
The Notes component is designed as a free-form note-taking utility. You can combine text and images in notes, but not audio or movies. You can optionally assign categories to notes. Unlike most simple note-taking applications, Outlook allows you to create formatted text notes. Any note can contain multiple fonts, sizes, styles, colors, and paragraph formatting.
To view or work with your notes, switch to Notes view by clicking the Notes button in the view switcher, choosing View > Go To > Notes, or pressing Command-5.
