This book assumes you have installed Microsoft Access as part of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. To install Microsoft Office and related software for a single user, you need a Microsoft Windows–compatible computer configured as follows:

• A Pentium 233 MHz or higher processor (Pentium III recommended as a minimum).
