Setting Section and Report Properties
You’ve probably noticed that Microsoft Access has a property sheet for each section in the Report window in Design view. You can set section properties not only to control how the section looks but also to control whether Access should attempt to keep a group together or start a new page before or after the group. There’s also a property sheet for the report as a whole. You don’t need to change any of these properties at this point, but the following sections explain the available property settings.
