Using advanced filters, you can further refine the data that appears in a query result. You can apply advanced filters to tables or queries while in Datasheet view.
Open a Query or Table
In Datasheet view, open the query or table whose data you want to filter.
Select Records, Filter, Advanced Filter/Sort ...
