The Contacts folder in Microsoft Outlook 2003 is an electronic tool that can organize and store the thousands of details you need to know to communicate with people, businesses, and organizations. Use the Contacts folder to store e-mail addresses, street addresses, multiple phone numbers, and any other information that relates to a contact, such as a birthday or an anniversary date.
