Chapter 38. Sharing Information with Others
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 has several features that allow you to share data with other users. You can share personal folder files, allow other users to access folders in your Microsoft Exchange Server mailbox, use public folders to post messages and shared files, and use the Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) service in Exchange Server to set up a news server for sharing information.
