Chapter 1. Basic Office Techniques
A huge benefit of the Microsoft Office XP programs, such as Microsoft Word 2002 and Microsoft Excel 2002, is how they share so many menus, toolbars, and procedures (Figure 1.1). Almost always, if a menu, toolbar, or procedures works a certain way in one program, it works the same in the other programs, too. This makes learning to use any of the Office programs easier, as you can take your knowledge of one program to all the others.
