Chapter 37. Introducing Outlook 2002
Outlook 2002 (Figure 37.1) is the e-mail, scheduling, and contact management system within the Microsoft Office XP suite. Using Outlook 2002, you can easily organize and prioritize tasks and appointments and send and receive e-mail messages. You can create any number of folders for storing your messages, and you can flag messages and contacts for follow-up activities.
