Chapter 39. Sending Messages
Outlook gives you a great deal of freedom in the design of your outgoing messages. You can use stationery to give your e-mail a distinctive look (Figure 39.1), and you can include automatic signatures, which provide a tag line of your choosing (such as your address or a favorite quote) at the end of the message. You can also set flags to call attention to important messages and to request follow-up actions such as asking the recipient to reply to the message before a certain date.
