So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
SKEW()
Syntax. SKEW(number1,number2,...)
Definition. This function returns the skewness of a distribution. The skewness characterizes the degree of asymmetry of a distribution around its mean. A positive skewness indicates a distribution with an asymmetric tail extending toward more positive values. This distribution is also called left-skewed distribution. Negative skewness indicates a distribution with an asymmetric tail extending toward more negative values.
Arguments
number1 (required) and number2 (optional). At least one and up to 255 arguments (30 in Excel 2003 and earlier versions) for which you want to calculate the skewness. You can also use a single array or a reference to an array instead of arguments separated by commas.
