In Part I, you learned about the purpose of business intelligence (BI), the structures used in data warehousing, and the value of an online analytical processing (OLAP) solution. You were also introduced to the role of the Unified Dimensional Model (UDM) in Analysis Services and built your first cube by using a template in a top-down approach.
