To use the Microsoft Windows 2000 Scripting Guide companion CD, you need a computer equipped with the following minimum configuration:

Pentium-compatible 133-MHz or higher processor
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server operating system (the latest service pack is recommended)
128 MB of RAM (256 MB is recommended)
2-GB hard disk with a minimum of 1-GB free space (additional free hard disk space is required if you are installing over a network)
CD-ROM drive
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later
Mouse or compatible pointing device
