Personal Sites are the personal space for the users of the My Site Host. Some organizations might choose not to implement personal sites, but these sites offer a lot of benefits and give users a place to call their own in the organization. Users can place both shared documents as well as personal documents in a space that is regularly backed up and available from any computer on the network.
