Adding Web Part Zones to ASPX Pages
Earlier you learned how to add a Web part zone to an existing Web part page. The process is similar when adding Web part zones to ASPX pages, with the exception that in this case you are starting with a blank canvas that has no predefined tabular or other layout. For instance, Figure 13.37 shows an example of inserting a Web part zone directly into the form section of a new ASPX page without a master page attached.
