Fixing the Ribbon’s Position: Scroll or No Scroll
By default the ribbon stays at the top of the page, irrespective of vertical scroll or length of page (see Figure 17.89). Sometimes customers request to have the ribbon scroll with the page for a more traditional look and feel.
